Late submission but better late than never. 

Almost every year for the past 5 year's I've submitted a picture for one of my favorite holidays: Valentine's Day!  I was single again this year but I have no issue with that. I had a few issues getting this piece done but I finally got around to it and here she is.

The story behind this one is a tale every artist has experience with.  I was sitting down, trying to enjoy breakfast with my mom when this woman comes up and gets into our conversation.  I was doodling this idea in my sketchbook and this lady just started to chat about her art work and about my style.  I don't mind chatting but just not when you are trying to chat with your mom when she is going through some personal stuff.  Give the lady some space!

The inking took me forever!  Thankfully my job is so kind as to let me ink and doodle when I don't have customers.
