The sun came out yesterday and I was so excited that I just decided to walk home. Now, it's a long walk from my job to my house so it was a nice... long walk. But I did enjoy it. I just bought a new CD, listened to it and just came up with all of these great ideas for the series, "Two of One Blood."

Speaking of TB... I have cover I'm working on. I was walking to the bus stop the other day just listening to my Walkman, my favorite Interpole song and this pose for Lena just came to me for the first issue cover. I have been just racking my brain over this cover so months now and I finally sat with my editor and said "what should I do?" He said to draw one of my battle scenes for the cover. Then I thought "ok, that narrows it down to about 200 different things I could do for the cover so lets get a little specific." Then I thought "ok, so this cover could be like the 'Savage Tales' covers with Conan or something? So lets just go along those lines with a mid-motion pose with Lena killing vampires... but nothing graphic." So, I decided on that and the image already looks great! I'm really excited to get this thing going. You guys are going to love it! Lena's kicking major vampire ass in this image but she looks amazing! Very proud of this image right now.

Going back to my topic title I just wanted to emphasize how much I love the Spring. I hate/LOATHE the winter time. It's so horribly depressing and long that it makes one snap! I am just trying to get idea's in my head for images and I simply can't! I love the Spring time, though. Summer's ok, but Spring and Fall are my two favorite seasons. I'm working on a few short story ideas including an old OLD story I came up with while in a Greek study class in Elementary-Junior High. The character's name is Fauna and she's the daughter of a demon lord who controls a small kingdom near Rome. The demon is from Greece and his daughter is betrothed to a high priest's demonic son. The daughter, Fauna is smitten by a young prince who she ends up marrying against her father's wishes and her first child is later cast into the fire's of hell. She is tormented by her choice but her husband decides to take the punishment and give her human life, free of sin for his body. It's a drama story, I know but Greek Mythology was kinda like my story. Pretty dramatic... no wonder the European's were intrigued by the Greek and Roman people. Hmm! So that's something I'm working on, too. But TB comes first and I'm cranking out the commissions right now.

Inventory is almost done... thank God! Mom's surgery went really well but Kevin, my brother isn't doing too well. I just found out that poor Kevin is sick again but this time it's just a high fever so nothing too extreme. It's not good at all but it's not a virus... yet. Just pray for my bro. I'm really worried about him. He came really close to not dying before and now this? Yeah, not good.

I'm also looking for a Marketing job with a full time pay but nothing quite yet. I'm getting alot of strong vibes from publication companies so I'm gonna try and work for a publisher... in Borders if I can so if you need someone to sell/trade your products give me a chance. Kerry can sell anything and I do for a living right now!
