When: April 4-5 2009
Where: Seattle Convention Center
Yeah! I am really REALLY looking forward to this show. I loved last year and everyone else who came by the booth seemed to as well. So lets give it a shot. If anything I am trying like crazy to get this darn comic out the door. If anything I'll be giving out mini comics and showing some art work of mine.
This is always the worst day of the year for me but I'll try to put that aside.
*inhales* HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!! This is only going out to the good dad's out there who are encouraging to their kids and love them no matter what!!!
I would like to know my dad more. It's always hard connecting with him but I got a mom who's there and she's my mom AND my dad so it's always nice to be around her. I just like to be alone on Father's Day. I don't like being around lots of people. I just sulk and plant things or go out to movies.
*throws confetti everywhere* I MAILED OUT COMMISSIONS!!! I only have two more to go then I have requests to finish and I'm done!
I'm still taking commissions and requests. If you would like to commission me please let me know. I am available. I will (hopefully) be going to the Portland Comic Book show this year. I look forward to that one. No bazaars this year, sorry.
Working on some new chibis and trying out new styles. Also, check out the Clark County Fair if you live in Washington this year because I am scheduled to show my work in an open demonstration in the Fine Arts room at the fair. This should be fun!
Love you lots and have a great week.
Devious Comments
I remember looking to my left this morning and realizing that the one thing I really wanted was to see my father there, patting me on the back, telling me "I love you very much and am proud of you for who YOU are." I wish I could have stopped myself from pinching myself to wake up from my dream land to reality. My mom told me she was sorry and I guess I don't need to hear her say that.
Sorry... it wasn't a fun day.
