Been a While

Well, this is embarrassing.  It's been 5+ months since I've posted a journal entry or submitted something that was colored.  I'm a procrastinator.  Sorry guys!  It's been one heck of a year.  Been busy with work and now that the Holidays are around the corner I'm going to be super busy.  But I will try to submit something.  Honestly, I've been trying to keep my illustrations to myself because I just like my work.  I like to keep it to myself sometimes.  Some of my stuff can be a little... odd.  I love my abstract art and it's hard to find anything that will appease me online.  Plus I don't want you guys to get the wrong impression of me.  hahah... *sigh* 

Things are going OK on the whole Kerry-front.  Been writing more and trying to get my thoughts and ideas down on paper.  Been reading a lot about color theory and early impressionism through the romanticism mind-set and it's been giving me lots of ideas.  Plus, I've been working out more and I'm started to get toned.  It's nice!  I need to work on my sit ups more and my bench presses.  So far I can squat 110 lbs but my weight lifting upper torso isn't that great.  90 lbs is my best and I can only do about 20-25 of those.  Yeah, I can do lower lifts in the 50's at 70-120 lbs.  Don't get me wrong, I'm sore and it hurts but it's a great burn!  And it gives me lots of ideas.  I ran into a couple of body builders who are total gems.  There's a couple that I love to work out with and they try to teach me Spanish while they work out.  hahah!  Nice, right?  And I teach them about modern day politics and movies.  Fair trade.

Hope everyone is doing well.  Don't be like me.  Keep drawing.  Maybe one day I'll get off my ass and actually do something other than read and search the Internet for a new job.  It'd be nice to get a job where I do something that I love besides talk to people and help them with their problems.  Maybe get a set and work from the sidelines or produce a movie.  How cool would that be?  Maybe an Elektra movie!!!???
